Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time are nonrefundable. If the event is canceled or rescheduled by Energy Infusion Room, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the new date.
