Hello, I'm

I believe the body deserves to be listened to. My own experience with the body has shaped the way I approach this work. I’ve learned that the body can adapt, compensate, protect itself, and communicate in ways we don’t always immediately understand.
Sometimes the body communicates through pain or tension. Sometimes it communicates by making familiar activities feel unfamiliar, difficult, or impossible.
My experience sparked a deeper interest in how the body works—and ultimately led me toward therapeutic bodywork. Today, my goal is to create a space where people can slow down, become more aware of their bodies, and receive thoughtful, individualized care.
Your body isn’t a problem to be fixed. It’s something to be understood.
Your body isn’t the same as anyone else’s—and your session shouldn’t be either.
Rather than following a predetermined massage routine, I pay attention to how your body is moving, where it feels restricted, and how it responds throughout your session.
Depending on your needs, I may incorporate:
-
Gentle craniosacral techniques
-
Fascial work
-
Trigger point therapy
-
Stretching
-
Therapeutic massage techniques
-
Focused pressure or movement
Some sessions may feel incredibly gentle. Others may involve more focused therapeutic work. Most importantly, your session changes as your body changes. You don’t have to know which technique you need before booking. Simply tell me what you are experiencing and what you would like to feel differently.
Primarily clothed • Personalized to you • Gentle or focused according to your body’s needs

"I’ve had a lot of massage and bodywork over the years. And I can unequivocally say that Riley is exceptional.
I broke the top of my arm six years ago, and the result is constant stiffness with limited mobility in my shoulder. She’s the first person who was able to really get in there and release the ”stuckness”.
I have so much more range of motion, zero pain, and feel like I have my whole body back.
And yes…the rest of my body has also benefited from the combination of her techniques, knowledge of the body, and her intuitive hands.
I highly recommend Riley!"

This work is deeply personal. At fourteen years old, an ankle injury developed into Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, leaving me with severe pain and an extremely sensitive nervous system. Even the weight of a blanket or the breeze from a fan could become unbearable. As my health grew more complicated, my family and I traveled across the country searching for answers. I underwent extensive testing and tried countless treatments and therapies. Some helped. Some didn’t. Some made things significantly worse.
At my lowest point, I experienced full-body convulsions, required a PICC line for hydration, and struggled simply to eat and drink. Eventually, I found practitioners who stopped trying to force my body to respond and began listening to it.
Through structural integration, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, nutritional support, and other restorative approaches, my body slowly began to change. The convulsions stopped. The PICC line came out. I learned to walk normally again and eventually regained my independence. That experience taught me something I now bring to every session:
More pressure isn’t always better, healing is rarely linear, and a body deserves to be heard.
After living through years when touch itself could be painful, I initially found the responsibility of working on another person’s body intimidating. But the experience that once made me afraid of this work became one of my greatest strengths. I understand that sensitivity is real. I know that pain and tension do not always respond to force. And I know how meaningful it can be when a practitioner treats you like a person—not a collection of symptoms.

Your session begins with a conversation. I will ask what has been bothering you, where you feel restricted, what movements or activities have changed, and what you would most like to feel differently.
From there, I create a session around you. Most Restorative Bodywork is performed fully clothed. Wear comfortable clothing such as shorts, joggers, leggings, or a T-shirt. When other massage techniques are appropriate, professional draping may be used and will always be discussed with you first.
Your comfort and boundaries will be respected throughout the session. Some techniques may create temporary tenderness or intensity, but therapeutic work does not have to mean painful work. I will adjust my techniques and pressure based on your feedback and how your body responds.
At the end of your session, you’ll take a moment to notice how your body feels. I'll share what I observed or suggest simple things to notice between appointments.

I know what it’s like to search endlessly for answers and wonder whether anyone truly understands what you’re experiencing.
I won’t be the right practitioner for everyone, and I don’t pretend to have every answer. But I can promise that I will listen, continue learning, respect what your body is communicating, and never intentionally force it beyond what it is ready for.
My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better for an hour. I want you to feel heard, better understand your body, and leave with a greater connection to yourself.
I’ve been the person searching for hope. If my journey helps someone else feel seen, understood, or supported, then every step was worth it.
Note from the Owner
Every once in a while, someone enters your life and continually reminds you that age and wisdom are not always measured in years. Riley is one of those people.
She is young, but she has already lived through more pain and adversity than many people experience in a lifetime. What moves me most is not simply what she has survived—it is what she has chosen to do with it. Life could have broken her. She could have allowed her pain to define her or become the reason she stopped believing in what was possible. Instead, she transformed it into purpose. She learned to listen deeply—to herself, to others, and to the quiet language of the body. Her personal journey has given her an understanding that cannot come from a textbook alone.
Riley continually blows me away. Her intuition and knowledge of the body extend far beyond her years. I learn from her regularly, but what makes Riley truly special is not just what she knows. It is how she makes people feel. People light up when they see her because she sees beyond the place that hurts to the person underneath it. She meets people without judgment, listens without rushing, and creates space for the body to feel safe enough to soften.
Riley did not become a victim of her life. She made her pain her purpose—and now she is using it to help others reconnect with their bodies, their strength, and themselves.
I know she is going to change lives. She already has. I feel deeply honored to have a front-row seat as she steps into the work she was made to do.
